In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

Friday 7th October 2022

Talk homework: Sit with your adults and use NumBots to make sure you know how to use it and then you can practise your maths skills three times a week.

Spellings: girl, bird, dirt, firm, skirt

Remember to read at least three times a week.

This week has been incredible, the children have worked so hard.

Harper has enjoyed maths this week, when we answered questions about one more and one less. Harper also enjoyed having a go at Cosmic yoga when it was raining and we couldn't exercise outside.

Darcey has liked English this week when we wrote sentences about the African Savannah. Darcey wrote, The water is sparkly because the sun is bright. In Science we went outside on a micro-habitat hunt and then described the minibeasts, plants and conditions in the micro-habitats.

Xyla enjoyed this week's comprehension about hedgehogs. Xyla learnt that hedgehogs enjoy wet places and when in danger they will roll into a ball.

Have a fantastic weekend
