We have enjoyed English this week when we wrote some diaries as if we were Gracie Jenkins from our Power of Reading book. We also wrote a letter to the Birdman from Gracie because Birdman went out in the storm and we wanted to know if he was ok.

In Geography, we got  to act out being some hard rock, soft rock and some waves. We were learning about how headlands and bays are formed. We also learnt how a tiny crack can turn into a cave, then arch, then stack, and then a stump.

We have enjoyed art this week as we were learning about Scarpace and his fish artwork. We discusses what we liked or did not like about it and wrote it down in our art books.

In Gymnastics, we have been learning about balances and how to hold a position with one part of your body on the floor, then two, then three.

During maths this week we have been learning how to divide, it has been fun using the base ten to help us partition the numbers in different ways. E.g. 96 divided by 4 = 80 divided by 4 and 16 divided by 4 = 24

We have been learning about being safe online this week, particularly to do with adverts we see on the internet.
