This week in art we have been making rosettes themed around Votes for Women. To make the rosettes we made parts out of tin foil. We then covered up the tin foil with Modroc. Next week we are going to paint them.

In PE we've been doing dance and running. When we were running on Wednesday, we did a pyramid. This is when you run 1 lap up to (2 then 3 then) 4 laps and then 4 laps down to 1 lap, with a 90-second break between each set of laps.

In English we have been reading some more of our Power of Reading book. We have been writing letters to Mr Irons from Mrs Sanders and explaining how Mr Irons is punishing the children, and we've been coming up with solutions to prevent it.

In Maths we have been learning about fractions. We've learnt about equivalent fractions and how to add fractions.

In singing assembly we've been learning an Encanto song called What Else Can I Do?

In Skills Builder we've been learning how to improve our aiming high, problem-solving and listening skills. We ipractised this through doing a debate about if reading is better than TV.

Today is comic relief today, so we have lots of messy hair in the classroom, so we can raise money to help the homeless.
