George has enjoyed reading the Magic Finger especially the part when Mr Gregg turned into a duck! Thomas liked the part when the teacher turned into a cat (Mrs Tarpey needs to be careful!)

Kara has practised writing a prediction this week in English too with the rest of her class and their ideas were brilliant.

In maths this week, we have been subtracting a one digit number away from a two digit number e.g. 35-6=29. Claire has enjoyed learning this method very much using a number line or a place value grid.

In P.E. this week Beau is loving playing tag rugby.

Scarlett wants to tell you about our Whole Class Reading lesson when we read Cops and Robbers by Janet and Allan Ahlberg. We met Officer Pugh and described him in a character description.
