We have had a fantastic week in Walnut class.

In English we explored the important role of fruits and berries to humans and all the different foods they appear in.  We had fun taste testing some fruits – figs were not everyone’s favourite.

We went on an invertebrate hunt in Science and found lots of different insects on the field including ladybird nymphs.

We are developing our understanding of 4 digit numbers in Maths as well as learning Roman numerals.

Our class reader, Kensuke’s Kingdom, is becoming more exciting as our main character has fallen off the boat!

Walnut class had a fantastic netball match, it turns out we are a competitive class!
