The following communication steps should be followed if you have a question, query or concern about your child.

Step One
Initially contact the class teacher directly through the year group email address listed below.  Please refer to our communications policy for time scales. (emails are responded to within 5 working days and acknowledged within 3 working days)

Step Two A
If the class teacher is unable to resolve the issue or feels the matter needs to be addressed by senior leadership, then it will be referred to the appropriate departmental head. 

• For Early Years it will be Head of Early Years - EYFSHead@bpa.act-academytrust.org
• For Years 1, 2 and 3 it will be Head of Lower School - LowerSchoolHead@bpa.act-academytrust.org
• For Years 4, 5 and 6 it will be Head of Upper School - UpperSchoolHead@bpa.act-academytrust.org

Step Two B
If the class teacher is unable to resolve the issue and further support is needed as there is a SEND need, then it will be referred to our SENDCo email:

• SEND@bpa.act-academytrust.org

Step Three
If the matter is not resolved at Step Two then it can be referred to either the Assistant Headteachers or Headteacher, dependent on the availability at the time.  Please ensure that both are copied into any email queries so that one person can respond.
