The School Office is fundamental to the running of Buckden Primary. Both Mrs Mrs Marsh and Mrs Tipping are a wealth of information and are very happy to help with any queries that you have. You can either pop in to school to see them or you can contact them at office@bpa.act-academytrust.org
If you have queries with your child/ren in terms of how they are in class then your first point of contact would be their class teacher, this can either be by face to face or you can email them and they will be happy to assist you.

The following communication steps should be followed if you have a question, query or concern about your child.
Initially contact the class teacher directly through the year group email address listed below. Please refer to our communications policy for time scales.( 5 working days for a response and 3 working days for an acknowledgement)
Step Two A
If the class teacher is unable to resolve the issue or feels the matter needs to be addressed by senior leadership, then it will be referred to the appropriate departmental head.
Step Two B
If the class teacher is unable to resolve the issue and further support is needed as there is a SEND need, then it will be referred to our SENDCo email:
Step Three
If the matter is not resolved at Step Two then it can be referred to either one of the Assistant Headteachers or Headteacher, dependent on the availability at the time. Please ensure that all are copied into any email queries so that one person can respond.
