Talk homework: Ask your adults if you can have a jug in the bath to measure amounts of water in mls. Then see if you can use a weigh scales in the kitchen to find the mass of an object in grams. Lastly, use a ruler or a tape measure to measure something like a water bottle or a bag of sweets to see how long it is in cm.

Spellings: clapped, dragged, napped, dropped, patted

Science homework: We have been learning about how animals are suited to their environment/habitat. Watch this video to see how a frog is camouflaged in his environment.

This week, Owen has enjoyed our Skills Builder project when he made a bedroom that all of his team agreed on. Owen's team chose a jungle theme which was easy because they knew a lot about the jungle. This really helped to develop our team work skills. Ayda is loving her maths and in particular she liked today's lesson when we measured the width of the room, objects around the room and liquids in jugs. Tilly enjoyed science this week when we read all about the life cycle of a frog. Ollie has enjoyed watching our classroom tadpoles develop and observing them really closely with a hand lens and drawing them.

Have a lovely Easter Holiday.

Stay safe
