This week we've been enjoying using passing and pivoting in Netball. We have also been passing, moving around and defending in rugby.

We enjoyed science this week when we were investing the properties of rocks. We used a spoon to see if the rock was soft or hard, we used vinegar to see if it would fizz and we used water to see if the rock would soak it up.

In music, we were learning to play a rhythm back. We also used musical instruments to do this.

In maths, we learnt about number lines which was fun. We were estimating where different numbers are. We are enjoying solving problems. With Mrs Jaynes, we learnt a rhyme about the months to help us know how many days there are.

We have been doing lots of writing in English. We have enjoyed planning our 'Pebble in my Pocket' book this week which we are going to write next week.

In DT we have been working on our design for sewing a bookmark which are going to have running stitch and cross stitch.

For reading, Mrs Farmer has taught us how to use AR to quiz on our books. Lots of us have started to do this and the rest will do a quiz soon. Please remember to use Boom Reader to log your reading.
