This week, we had a wonderful time during Transition Week, meeting our new teachers and becoming familiar with our new classrooms. The children embraced the experience with enthusiasm and curiosity, enjoying the opportunity to get to know the teachers and learn about the exciting year ahead. They also enjoyed discovering more about the birds that our classes are named after, learning interesting facts and discussing the unique features of each species.

We also had a fantastic Sports Day, with the children taking part in a variety of events, including hurdles, long-distance races and the ever-popular egg and spoon race. It was lovely to see everyone getting involved, encouraging one another and giving their very best effort. The children showed great resilience, determination and sportsmanship throughout the day, persevering through every event and carrying on right to the very end with smiles on their faces.

We are incredibly proud of all the children for their positive attitudes, excellent behaviour and willingness to challenge themselves during what has been a busy and exciting week.
