This week we have learnt about 3D shape properties and names and then patterns. We looked at how patterns repeat, created patterns and then had a lovely time today searching for patterns within nature in the pond and nature school areas.

In phonics, we learnt the short 'oo' sound- look for a book. We also learnt the tricky words were, put and all.

We continued learning about super heroes this time finding out about Greta Thunberg and her heroic actions to save our planet. We wrote about the littering we can see in our own communities using the sentence 'I can see...' 

For History, we learnt about Mary Anning and her palaeontology. We created a timeline of her life.
