It is very hard to believe that the Reception year is over for the 2024 cohort. The progress they have made has been incredible. Now reading and writing, counting, adding, subtracting, problem solving they are more than ready for Year 1. This week, the children worked in teams to create their own art galleries. They chose their theme, curated pieces and wrote art reviews. Each child then made an invitation to give to a friend or adult they wanted to come and view the gallery. During the gallery opening, the children used their presentation and speaking skills to share their artwork.
