In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

Friday 19th October

Homework:

Reading daily.

Earhart class are ready for half term. We have had a busy week.

Lucas has enjoyed learning maths this week. He enjoyed playing connect 4 by solving 3 digit addition and subtraction calculations. We are so good at using column method.

Sofia enjoyed our inter house competition this week. She was busy cheering on her house whilst they played tag rugby.

Ana enjoyed our scientific reveal. All week we have been trying to figure out what an image was, that had been displayed at various points around the school. We finally discovered it was an enlarged photo of a wholemeal loaf. Three children managed to guess correctly. The rest of us were baffled!

Summer enjoyed thinking about and reflecting on the learning we have done this term in Science. We all created a poster today with as many facts on it about rocks as we could remember.

Isabella enjoyed writing a letter to Ug this week. She enjoyed the opportunity to ask lots of questions about life in the Stone Age and also to tell Ug about life in the 21st century.

Isabella enjoyed music with Mrs Mayes. She played the three squeaky blind mice on the recorder.

We hope you have a lovely half term.
