Talk homework: Retell the story of The Lonely Beast as though you are writing a diary entry.

Spellings: write, wrap, wriggle, wrong, wrote

Another fantastic week in Maple class. Lucy has enjoyed English this week because we pretended we were The Lonely Beast and we acted out his journey before we planned our diary entries. Lucy's favourite part was when he swam with dolphins. Isla F has loved learning how to multiply, she was really good at it, well done Isla. In arithmetic Lucas has enjoyed practising finding all the different ways to make 7 as quickly as possible and writing the number sentences with the = sign at the beginning! Endball is very popular and everyone especially Ethan is loving it! He remembers how to do a chess pass and a bounce pass. Ivy enjoyed Wednesday when we had a day learning about anti-bullying and Internet safety. Her favourite part was a word search first thing in the morning when we thought all about the vocabulary that we needed for the day e.g. repetitive, unkind, talk, physical, protect, brave, cyberbullying and hurtful. On Tuesday, Harry Ellerb. enjoyed dancing in the hall. Harry chose to be a whale and made up a dance routine including a turn, a kick and a jump all to the music, The Blue Danube.

Have an amazing weekend
