TALK HOMEWORK:  Talk about the true meaning of Christmas.  How do you celebrate Christmas in your homes?

In English, we have spent a lot of time researching and organising our notes for our biographies.  Emily P has enjoyed finding out about Rose Ayling-Ellis - the first deaf person to take part in Strictly Come Dancing - and Eli is researching David Attenborough.

Emma has enjoyed finishing our Christmas cards and many of you will have seen the wonderful creations your children have produced.  They have worked so carefully and our sewing has definitely improved!

In PE, we were unable to use the hall this week, so we learnt some new dance moves in our classroom instead.  Louis particularly enjoyed dancing to 'Believer'.

Leo is really enjoying using White Rose Maths to learn about perimeter.  He says that it is helping him to feel more confident and he is able to answer many more of the questions than before.  This is true for many of the children in Hazel Class, so it has been a great success!
