Another busy week in Maple class. The children would like to tell you all about their week.

Mae is still enjoying our CLPE book in English and now knows that Little Red has met three of the last animals in the forest, The Last Wolf, The Last Bear and The Last Lynx. They all live in the cosy tree cave together. Ezra is enjoying his maths because it was fun finding our number bonds to 100 on a number square. Thomas has also been enjoying his maths this week using place value grids to find 10 less. Jacob loves to learn his spelling in creative ways. Karly loves to get outside and run about at playtime. Elliott is enjoying choosing his meal to eat at lunchtime, sometimes he has a choice of three different meals and they all do sound delicious. Harry has enjoyed writing about and describing his forest picture this week. He enjoyed the chance to peacefully focus and concentrate on his writing. Finley asked me to write that he always enjoys listening to our class reader, 'Oscar and The Dog Knappers'.

Enjoy your weekend
