In the eyes of God, every child matters, every moment of every day

In English we have written our newspapers.

When we were with Mrs Dunford we were reusing things that you put in food waste. There was a man who showed us lots of different things to do with them. For example, the ends of an onion can be planted to grow new onions, with leaks the white bit can be put in compost to regrow leaks, the top of a carrot can be chopped off to regrow carrot leaves and eventually the carrot.

We have been making our Christmas hats. We all liked decorating them too.

In maths we've been doing some take away and addition using big jumps and small jumps on a number line.

On Monday we did an English book quiz and we had to read a story from non-fiction, a fiction text and a poem. We had to answer different questions on each one.

In Global Learning we've learnt about Police, and we wondered what they did in the daytime and the nighttime.
